Site Visit and Feasibility Study Agreement Schematic Design Conceptual Estimate Commitment Agreement Preparation of Construction Documents FIxed Price Contract Job Preparation Construction Two-Year Warranty Site Visit and Feasibility Study Agreement We will meet with you to discuss your project, to see the actual site in question, and to develop an understanding of your goals and budget for the project. After this first meeting, we will develop an outline description of your project in the form of a Feasibility Study Agreement. Back to Top Schematic Design You will meet with our designer, Ridley Wills. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architectural History. Back to Top Conceptual Estimate Clients always want to know how much their renovation will cost or if they can do everything they want for their budget. Preparation of Construction Documents We have created a set of procedures and standards of construction, which are often above and beyond what is considered "standard" by our industry and area. In creating the construction documents for your project, we will review the procedures that apply to your project and help you select the ones that will meet your expectations. Construction documents consist of the following: Construction Drawings These are the actual drawings from which we will build your project. By necessity, these plans are significantly more accurate and detailed than schematic designs. They will include the following as necessary and applicable:
