Maintenance Program

For a reasonable monthly fee, Wills Handyman provides a year-round maintenance program designed to keep your home in top condition and protect its value.

  • First, Wills Handyman will meet with you to discuss our program and assist in developing a customized list of recommended maintenance tasks and a schedule of when these services should be performed. The list is completely tailored to your home.
  • Should you decide to participate in the maintenance program, we will assign a professional Wills handyman to perform the work on a monthly basis. All of our handymen are skilled carpenters with years of experience in home maintenance, repairs and light construction.
  • The total cost for your yearly maintenance program will be figured into 12 monthly payments — a flat fee that will include all maintenance services outlined in your customized, maintenance schedule.
  • If needed, the Wills Company will also arrange with specialized licensed contractors for inspection and maintenance of systems such as electrical, guttering, roofing, HVAC and plumbing. These will all be priced accordingly and factored into your customized maintenance program. If you already have service contracts in place for these systems, we can exclude those tasks from your maintenance schedule or add them upon expiration of those contracts.
