Ridley Wills
President - Chief Designer

Ridley is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architectural History. Because of Ridley’s well recognized design talents, many clients opt for a design consultation with Ridley before beginning a project. Ridley began his career renovating houses for re-sale before founding the company in 1991. He is an active member of the Nashville community and serves on numerous community boards. He and his wife, Betsy, have two young children.

Project Designer

Van joined The Wills Company in 2007 to form the residential design firm, Pond|Wills. He brings over 16 years of experience in residential design of renovation, preservation and new construction to this venture.

Born in Gallatin, Tennessee and raised in Cottontown, Tennessee, he holds a received Bachelor of Architecture, Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Van lives in the Belmont area of Nashville and is active in the Nashville community, serving on the Board of Directors of Nashville CARES and on the Board of the Brooks Fund of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. In his spare time, reading, photography, cooking (or at least attempting to learn how…) and design study are his hobbies.
