Ron McClure
Chief Estimator
Ron brings over 12 years’ experience in construction to The Wills Company. After relocating to Tennessee from California, Ron joined the company in 1995 as a carpenter before being promoted to Estimator. Ron uses his experience in carpentry and general construction to provide accurate project scope and cost estimates. He and wife, Gena, have a teenage son.

Tony Brown
Estimator
Tony started his career with The Wills Company in 1999 as a carpenter. He was quickly promoted to Project Manager and now serves in the capacity as Estimator, as well. He has 14 years of experience in his chosen field. Tony enjoys sports such as golf, climbing, and volleyball. |

Erika Pollock
Executive Assistant
Erika joined The Wills Company in 2007 as the Executive Assistant. She was born in Seattle, WA and has lived in Nashville, TN for the past 3 years. Erika moved to Nashville, due to her involvement in the music industry. She has previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a large Entertainment Company in Franklin, TN. In her spare time, Erika enjoys songwriting, eating sushi, and visiting her family on the West Coast. |

Jennifer Johnson
Accounting Manager
Jennifer joined The Wills Company in 2007 and brings over 21 years of experience in the accounting field. She was born and raised in Goodlettsville, TN, where she currently resides with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Brandon and Holly. In her spare time she enjoys sewing, hanging out with her family, watching movies, and shopping. |
