Wendell Harmer
Chief Handyman Salesperson
Wendell is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Organizational Development.
He brings over nine years of experience as a carpenter and construction project manager to The Wills Company. Wendell and his wife are also avid hunters and field dog trainers. |

Steven Mark Ford
Handyman Salesperson
Steve, a native Nashvillian, joined the Wills Company in 2006. He brings with him 11 years of valuable, hands-on knowledge from owning White Picket Fence Company and remodeling numerous houses in historic East Nashville. Steve also has experience selling building materials and working as a home mortgage originator. He and his wife, Donna, have 2 daughters, Savannah and Zoe. When he has free time, Steve enjoys poker, golf and cooking. |

Dave White
Handyman Salesperson
Dave joined The Wills Company in 1999 as a carpenter before being promoted to a Renovation Project Manager. Promoted again in 2004, Dave took on new responsibilities as Handyman Salesperson. Originally from St. Louis, Dave holds a degree in Earth Science and has worked as an environmental technician. Dave enjoys the great outdoors in middle Tennessee through rock climbing and fly-fishing. |
