Ridley Wills
President
Ridley is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architectural History. Because of Ridley’s well recognized design talents, many clients opt for a design consultation with Ridley before beginning a project. Ridley began his career renovating houses for re-sale before founding the company in 1991. He is an active member of the Nashville community and serves on numerous community boards. He and his wife, Betsy, have two young children.

Wendell Harmer
Vice President
Wendell is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Organizational Development. Although Wendell’s primary role is General Manager, you will find him pitching in wherever he is needed to ensure that each project is completed on time, on budget, and to our clients’ satisfaction.
Wendell brings over 15 years of experience in construction operations. His unique background and training in organizational development make him instrumental to formulating the policies, procedures, and training that allow the company to hire and keep the best craftspeople in the renovation business. Wendell and his wife, Elizabeth, have two young boys. They spend as much time as possible in the outdoors.
